Life Is Relationship: Humanitarian Mission to Zambia

On October 11, 2023, I am traveling as a ConnectAID Field Reporter on a volunteer trip  to a remote region in Zambia near South Luangwa National Park to support a wonderful non-governmental organization (NGO) called Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust.

Chipembele teaches children and communities the value of wildlife so they may be conserved for present and future generations. I believe that reconnecting humanity with nature – with Life – is the foundation we need to creating a better, most sustainable world for future generations. And that is one of the reasons why I am so excited to travel to Zambia to connect with everyone at Chipembele and share their work with the world.

Along this journey, taking place from October 11 – 26, I will be filming with the purpose of making a documentary film titled Life Is Relationship. The film will explore the way each one of our lives depends upon the connections we have with others and how through recognizing the connection we share with life, we can become healthier as humans.
