Activating Travel Mode: One Week to Zambia Exploration!

Today it is one week away until beginning the adventure to Zambia. Of all the things I am most excited about, what tops the list is simply being in travel mode. This trip will be 55+ hours of time in transit, 9 days in Zambia, then 3 days in Geneva, Switzerland before returning home. There is something about being in travel mode that activates my desire to connect with people in genuine ways within a short amount of time.

I am immensely looking forward to connecting with the people at Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust. Chipembele teaches children and communities the value of wildlife so they may be conserved for present and future generations. I believe that reconnecting humanity with nature – with Life – is the foundation we need to create a better, more sustainable world for future generations. And that is one of the reasons why I am so excited to travel to Zambia to connect with everyone at Chipembele and share their work with the world.

I hope you’ll join me, and please take moment to learn about and support Chipembele’s work at chipembele.org.
