38 Years

Today I turn 38 years old, and in many ways it feels like I’m taking my first step towards a dream I’ve had for decades.

You see, during high school I first learned about global poverty and how million and millions of people lack life’s most basic necessities. This inspired the desire to devote my life’s work towards serving and supporting humanitarian causes that promote the well-being of life.

Over the years that desire led to many adventures around the United States, connecting with nonprofits, ministries and people working to solve problems and uplift others, but now I’m finally taking my first journey on a humanitarian trip to Africa.

In just 3 days, I am going to Mfuwe, Zambia, to support a wonderful NGO, Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust. I’ll be making lots of videos, a documentary, and media tools to promote Chipembele and make many new connections for them.

If you would like to send a little birthday gift in support of my trip and the work I’ll be doing, here is my page for the trip.
